We have operated in the rail industry for a long time, but as an independent organisation for about ten years. Internships

At Operail you can complete an internship with us in the railway industry and can participate in, for example, logistics and planning, station work and documentation, become acquainted with freight sales and multimodal transport, and railway safety. It is also possible to observe the locomotive modernisation process, as well as maintenance and repairs to locomotives and wagons.

In addition, you can also work in typical fields such as personnel management, sales, marketing, IT, quality control, development, and financial management and bookkeeping.

Training centre

Operail is authorised by the Ministry of Education and Research to conduct general locomotive driver training, locomotive driver training for certification, and periodic in-service locomotive driver training.
