Change in the Composition of Operail´s Supervisory Board

Siret Liivamägi, who has been a member of the Supervisory Board of AS Operail for four years, is resigning. The Supervisory Board will continue to work with three members.

Liivamägi submitted her resignation request on March 11.

Minister of Climate Kristen Michal, the representative of the sole shareholder of AS Operail, confirmed Liivamägi’s wish on March 19, recalling her from office.

Liivamägi has been a member of the Supervisory Board of AS Operail since June 1, 2020.

As of March 19, 2024, Operail’s Supervisory Board comprises three members: Kaido Saar as the chairman and Tarmo Porgand and Andres Lindemann as members.
